Given that the property is undergoing renovations, it’s difficult to give a fair rating. The rooms are comfortable but dated of course. Staff is courteous & helpful. The restaurant food & staff are great as well. Overall a good experience.

I have visited the Atlas Hotel several times over the last two years as a facilitator of workshops and trainings. The conference staff and hotel staff are fantastic. I would like to single out Elena for her wonderful energy and helpful service. I will continue to look forward to holding meetings and events at the Atlas Hotel in Regina.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Soaked! Waterpark was a major highlight and a big reason why families choose this hotel over others. Our room was a bit far from the lobby, but it was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. We also loved the gym and the on-site restaurant, Dish, which offers delicious food, fantastic service, and free meals for children under 10. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return.

Staff were very, very good. The pool complex was ideal for our age group of kids and the hot tub was well enjoyed by all. Great time was had by all. Our room was very large with 2 queen beds. Minor suggestion would be to add a sofa or even a small table with 2 chairs in the room, but other than that, housekeeping was great! Oh and we highly highly recommend the in house restaurant - Dish! Food was superb, service was at a very high standard and kids under 10 ate free, pleasant surprise!

Every one of the staff members that I interacted with during my stay were very professional and friendly: in the lounge, restaurant, and front desk. The supper and breakfast I ordered were both tasty, and my room was clean and "polished". The gym is a pleasure to use, it has a decent selection of fitness equipment, it is well maintained and has lots of natural light. The one downside to my stay, which is not an issue with hotel itself, is that the King Suite that I stayed in was on level 1 which is a high traffic area, so next time I'll ask for the suite on floor 2 to hopefully minimize the amount of hallway noise I hear in the room.

Overall a great stay. Water park was fun, but very very busy. Good food. Rooms look a lot nicer online. The entire hotel is kind of musty and damp due to the waterpark I believe. I would stay again.

Wow! What a delightful experience at your hotel over the last two days! We just attended a two day conference and was nothing but impressed . The first impression is when you walk in the lobby! WOW! Very inviting… top class customer service with a smile during check in! They had our group in quite quickly! Rooms were very clean , and a nice welcome on the Tv ! Nice touch! Comfy beds and pillows! Beautiful white linens and the bathroom was clean and had everything you may need for your stay! Yes they are planning Reno’s as stated on the mirror , again nice touch for sharing that information! The staff during the conference were making sure the coffee and water were always flowing and so very polite. Day two they also served us an excellent lunch ., wow quite the selection of food, hot soup and dessert to top it off. You could tell the hotel resonates on customer service . Pat on the back to all the staff from the check in experience to the conference room and the room attendants working hard as we checked out. Would recommend this venue to any business needing a one stop meeting location . The Knotted Thistle pub in the hotel is also a fun little pub with a good variety of bevvies and awesome waitresses! I also chuckled at the form they emailed you prior to arrival if you were using Mommies credit card
